Monday to Friday, from midday until 22:00 and weekends 18:00 until 22:00. Parents or carers can explore any issues with their counselling team (not solely parenting concerns). Presenting issues include; depression, self-esteem, social isolation, financial issues, stress and anxiety, parenting, suicidal thoughts etc.
