Horizon Healthcare – City Site

Our main centre has a car park with several reserved parking spaces for the people with disabilities, both temporary and lifelong. These are clearly marked and are located near the front door.

Most clinicians are located on the ground floor and there is a lift to the first floor if access is required.

Please make the Patient Coordinator aware you have mobility issues at the time, if booking by phone. Toilet facilities for patients with disabilities are available in the waiting rooms and are wheelchair accessible.

All patient services are delivered at ground floor level and consulting rooms are accessible. The entrance has a fully mechanised front door, a wheelchair accessible reception desk and a fully accessible toilet.
