The annual Patient Survey has now been sent out to our patients by NHS England and we would really like to ask as many people as possible to respond to them.
This will be the first year that we will get the results as Horizon Healthcare, because in previous years they have been separate surgeries. Of course, last year Charnwood surgery did not fair very well in some categories, so we hope that the changes the new Partners have made and the future changes we have planned for this year, will make all the difference.
If you have specific problems we cannot respond to you via these surveys, so please contact us directly with specific queries, complaints or problems. The Patient Survey is not the arena for these, but we would like to hear from you because only by communicating with us directly over them can we solve issues that arise for you.
