We have been receiving a high volume of calls regarding whether patients meet the high-risk criteria for 12 weeks self-isolation.
Please be advised the NHS are now sending letters out centrally, but with the huge amount of numbers involved the process may take a few weeks.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE SURGERY ABOUT THESE LETTERS but follow the advice below.
The government has requested everyone self-isolate where possible for the next 3 weeks. If at the end of this period you have not received a letter and you feel you meet the high-risk criteria who should be self-isolating for longer then please contact us.
