Our free drop in telephone helpline for adults is available on Monday 6:30pm – 8:30pm and Thursday 5:30pm – 7:30pm Free half hour slots can be booked online by visiting our website. Our helpline gives people the opportunity to speak directly to an experienced Relate trained counsellor Calls are free from landlines and most mobiles. Monday 6.30-8.30pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am – 1pm.These sessions are available to provide dedicated support from a counsellor experienced in autism, for people with ASC themselves or friends and family. - Free counselling (IAPT Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) for couples and individuals 16+
Anyone experiencing anxiety, depression and low mood can contact us directly for help. In addition we can help with relationship issues, loss, grief and we offer sex therapy. This service has been commissioned by NHS England and is free to residents of Derby and Derbyshire, currently available via webcam; telephone or email.
