Children and young people

Is the patient 11 years old or under?

Requests for patients aged 11 to 15 may require review by the clinical team and/or a Gillick competency assessment before proxy access can be approved.

Examples may include support managing healthcare, learning disability, safeguarding concerns, medical complexity or mental capacity concerns.
Is the patient able to manage their own online GP access independently?
