Social prescribing supports people with non medical needs that may be affecting their health and wellbeing.
This could include support with:
Loneliness or social isolation
Debt, employment, or housing issues
Mobility or lifestyle challenges
Connecting with local groups and activities.
Social prescribing can help you access community support such as walking groups, coffee mornings, and other local activities.
