Our reception team is your first point of contact with the practice.

They:

  • Help you access appointments and services
  • Ask a few questions to direct you to the right care
  • Support both telephone and online requests

Prescription Team Lead

Our Prescription Team manages medication requests and works closely with clinicians and pharmacists.

They:

  • Process repeat prescription requests
  • Handle prescription queries
  • Liaise with pharmacies and clinicians

๐Ÿฉบ Long-Term Condition (LTC) Team

Our Long-Term Condition Team supports patients with ongoing health conditions and ensures regular monitoring and reviews are arranged.

They:

  • Organise routine tests and health checks
  • Support long-term condition reviews (such as asthma, diabetes, and blood pressure)
  • Help ensure patients are invited for appropriate follow-up care
  • Work closely with clinicians and the prescription team

Our Communications Team manages incoming and outgoing correspondence for the practice.

They:

  • Process hospital letters and clinical correspondence
  • Handle requests for medical records and reports (including insurance reports)
  • Manage incoming patient and external communications
  • Support the accurate coding and updating of patient records

Our Secretarial Team manages referrals and supports communication between the practice, hospitals, and other services.

They:

  • Process referrals to hospitals and specialist services
  • Chase and follow up referrals where needed
  • Respond to patient queries about referrals and appointments

Our safeguarding team works to support the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable patients.

They:

  • Work with external agencies where needed
  • Support patients with safeguarding concerns
  • Help ensure appropriate care and protection

Our maintenance team ensures the practice environment is safe, clean, and well maintained for patients and staff.
