Please be aware that medication may be reduced, changed or stopped if essential monitoring is not completed, as this could put your health at risk.

If your issue relates to accessing the NHS App, Airmid, SystmOnline or online prescription ordering, please use our Online Services Support form.

Please allow up to 4 working days for the surgery to process your prescription.
