Our Digital Patient Participation Group (PPG) helps us gather feedback, ideas and suggestions from patients to improve the services we provide.
Rather than relying on traditional meetings attended by a small number of patients, our Digital PPG allows more people to get involved in a way that is convenient and accessible.
Whether you want to complete an occasional survey, comment on a proposed change or share ideas for improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
What Does the Digital PPG Do?
Members may be invited to:
- Complete short surveys
- Provide feedback on proposed changes
- Comment on new services and technology
- Help us improve access to care
- Review patient information and communications
- Share ideas for improving patient experience
- Take part in occasional engagement activities
There is no obligation to respond to every survey or consultation.
Many of the changes we make at Horizon Healthcare are influenced by patient feedback, and the Digital PPG helps ensure that feedback represents a wider range of patients than traditional face-to-face meetings.

Why Have a Digital PPG?
With almost 30,000 registered patients, a digital approach allows us to hear from a wider range of people across different ages, backgrounds and communities.
This helps us gather more representative feedback and make better-informed decisions about our services.
How Much Time Does It Take?
Very little.
Most participation involves completing occasional surveys or providing feedback electronically.
You can take part as much or as little as you wish.
