Support is available for people who identify as LGBTQ+, as well as for family members, friends and carers.

Our Community Support Team (Social Prescribers and Care Coordinators) can help you:
- Access local LGBTQ+ support services
- Find community groups and peer support
- Access mental health and wellbeing support
- Get help with wider issues such as housing or social support
