Manage your healthcare online

The NHS App allows you to access a range of NHS services on your phone, tablet or computer.

You can use it to manage your healthcare quickly and securely, without needing to call the practice.


What you can do with the NHS App

You can use the NHS App to:

  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • View your test results and medical record
  • Check your appointments
  • Access NHS 111 online
  • Read messages from your GP surgery
  • View letters and documents

These features help you manage your health and reduce waiting times.


Get started

To use the NHS App:

  • You must be aged 13 or over
  • You must be registered with a GP surgery in England
  • You will need to create an NHS login and verify your identity

You can use the NHS App to help manage healthcare for someone else, such as a child or relative, if you have permission.
