Do we have your current email address?
Having a verified email address on your medical record helps us keep you informed quickly and securely. We use email to send important information such as:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Long-term condition review invitations
- Health campaigns and screening invitations
- Practice updates and other important information
If we don’t have a verified email address, we often have to send text messages or letters instead. While these are sometimes necessary, email is free to use and helps us reduce NHS communication costs, allowing more resources to be focused on patient care.
Updating your email address is easy
Simply complete our online form to provide or update your email address.
Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll receive an email asking you to verify your address. Please make sure you complete this step, as we cannot use your email address until it has been verified.
Keeping your contact details up to date helps ensure you don’t miss important information about your healthcare.
Thank you for helping us communicate with you more efficiently and helping us make the best use of NHS resources.
