Who is the online access for?
How old is the child?

Important information

Proxy access is reviewed when a child reaches the age of 11. Access may be removed or amended to protect the child’s confidentiality.

A new proxy access request may be required.

Important information

Proxy access does not automatically continue once a young person reaches the age of 16.

The patient will usually need request access to their own account using the online services registration form.

Please note that results are not normally available online until they have been reviewed and processed by the practice.

Important information

Access to your full medical record is not provided automatically. Requests for retrospective access require a review of your medical record before access can be granted.

This review is necessary to identify any information that may require consideration before being made available online. This may include safeguarding information, third-party information and other sensitive information.

Due to the time required to review records, requests for retrospective access may take significantly longer to process than standard online access requests.
