At Horizon Healthcare, we prioritise ongoing professional development to ensure our staff provide the highest quality care. To facilitate this, we will be holding Practice Learning Time (PLT) sessions, during which the practice will be closed from 1:30 PM on the following dates:

• Wednesday, 15th January 2025
• Wednesday, 19th February 2025
• Wednesday, 19th March 2025
During these times, our staff will be engaged in essential training to improve patient care. Normal services will resume the next day from 8:30 AM.
We encourage you to plan any appointments, prescription requests, or healthcare needs around these dates. If you have any concerns during our closures, please contact NHS 111 for assistance.
