Our Digital PPG helps us gather feedback from patients to improve services, access and patient experience across the practice.
Members may be invited to:
- Complete short surveys
- Provide feedback on proposed changes
- Comment on new services and technology
- Help us improve access to care
- Review patient information and communications
- Share ideas for improving patient experience
Participation is entirely voluntary and there is no obligation to respond to every survey or consultation.
