Setting up an NHS account
To use the NHS App or NHS website, you will need to create an NHS login.
Once set up, you can:
- Log in online
- Download and use the NHS App on your phone

Setting up SystmOnline
To register for SystmOnline:
- Complete a registration form
- Provide photo ID (online or at the surgery)
- You will be given login details
- Use these to access SystmOnline
