Horizon Healthcare pride ourselves on being at the forefront of innovative ways to enable patients to access healthcare as and when required.
With that in mind, we are excited to announce that in the very near future Horizon Healthcare patients will have 24/7 access to their GP surgery via our new automated telephone service ‘patient partner’. ‘Patient partner’ pairs with the our phone system and links directly with each patient’s NHS medical record, enabling patients to book routine appointments, check appointment times, pose queries, order medication and much more. ‘Patient partner’ does all of this without the patient needing to sit in a call queue or speak with a patient co-ordinator, whilst being available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please ensure your contact details are up to date with the surgery to avoid any issues using the service once it goes live. We will provide further updates and a go live date in the coming weeks.
