Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Systm Online account
- You can use our automated service 24 hrs a day by calling 01332 502735.
- Choose Option 1, followed by option 2 and option 1 again, and then follow the prompts provided. Your message will be sent directly to the correct team for action within 3 working days!
- complete a test results request form – this can take up to 5 working days to process
Patient coordinators can only give out limited information as they are not clinically trained.
Horizon Healthcare will only release test results to the patient to whom they relate, unless that patient has given prior permission for the release of this data or they do not have the capacity to understand the results.
