Before calling Reception, please check all the options available to you:
- Appointments page – explains all the different ways to request care
- Get Help form (online request) – available during our opening hours only. This is usually the quickest way to tell us about your problem.
- Automated Telephone Service – for non‑urgent admin and medication queries (see above)
📞 Please only call the surgery as a last resort, unless you have communication needs that make online or automated services difficult to use.
